Clear your AlignerPro data

AlignerPro stores app data locally on your Android device. You can clear that local data from inside the app or through Android system settings.

Clear data inside AlignerPro

Open AlignerPro and go to Settings, Data, Clear all data. Confirm the prompt to delete local treatment data, trays, wear sessions, daily logs, appointments, reminders, settings and app-stored progress photos on that device.

Photos in your device gallery are left alone. Only progress photos stored inside AlignerPro are cleared by this action.

Use Android system settings

If you cannot open the app, you can clear its local data through Android:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Apps.
  3. Select AlignerPro.
  4. Open Storage.
  5. Choose Clear data.

Uninstalling the app

Uninstalling AlignerPro may remove local app data from the device. The exact wording and behaviour can vary by Android version and device maker.

Local backup files

Local backup ZIP files are created only when you export them. Once a backup file is saved outside AlignerPro, you need to delete it yourself from wherever you saved it, such as Downloads, cloud storage or another folder on your device.
